Skipping Workshop

Today was an inspirational and energetic day at All Saints.  Pete Thompson, world record holder and founder of SkipBeatz, shared with us his love of skipping and how it has changed his life for the better, allowing him to keep his body and mind healthy and to feel like a powerful skipping Ninja!

In the assembly at the start of the day, Ronan showed off his amazing Ninja skipping skills and was awarded with some prizes for being so confident and ready to give some tricky moves a go in front of everyone.  It was great hearing the whole school cheering him on.  Children then all got their chance to develop their skipping skills and there was some serious hard work being put in and lots of red faces and raised heart rates.
