Chicks in Willow Class

Reception had a very exciting visit this week when baby chicks came to spend time with them. The children were fascinated to observe the chicks up close and loved learning all about the life cycle of a chicken, from egg to chick to hen. This hands-on experience sparked lots of curiosity, thoughtful questions and wonderful discussions about growth and living things. Olivia said, "The chicks were cute, fluffy and they were funny." Harley said, "I enjoyed having the chicks".
