Oak Class - Road Safety

Over the last two weeks, Oak Class have been learning about the importance of road safety. They have learnt about how fluorescent clothing and reflective strips can help people to be seen more easily by cars at night and were surprised that many of them have a coat with these on. They even spotted them on their bookbags.  On Monday this week, they took part in a live road safety session led by our Hertfordshire Active and Safer travel partner Mr Lai. The children learnt about safe places to cross the road and the important crossing rules ‘stop, look, listen and think’ accompanied by actions.  Well done Oak Class!
