Y4 - Fit Kidz

This week, we were delighted to welcome back Chris from Fit Kidz.  Having worked with our school for the last two years through the Stevenage Sporting Futures Partnership, Chris returned to share his equipment and enthusiasm to enable all children to feel fit for life.

Year 4 took part in their first of three sessions and thoroughly enjoyed trying out the equipment, learning new skills and building their fitness.  The children  mentioned that some of their favourite activities were, pushing the tyre, using the trampettes and rowing on the machines. It was wonderful to be able to make the most of the sunshine and do the session outside too.  Stanley said that it was great doing the activities because it felt like fun while having exercise and Kayden commented that he felt it was like a free gym session.  Well done Year 4.
