Year 3 - Tennis Festival

This week, eight children from Year 3 represented All Saints at a tennis festival organised by Stevenage Sporting Futures.  During the festival, the participants developed their tennis skills, guided by coaches.  They balanced tennis balls on rackets whilst walking around obstacles, caught bean bags on tennis rackets and also developed skills in holding short-handled tennis rackets.  Having attended the festival this year, the school may be offered a place in the Year 4 tennis tournament next year. 

The Year 3 team were nominated 1st place for self belief by the Sports Leaders.  Well done to Kiaan, Jessica, Stanley, Emmy, Amelie, Lucas, Dolly and Jacob for doing so well for our school!
