Year 5 - Tadpoles

This half term, Year 5 has been learning about lifecycles in science lessons.  We have learnt about metamorphosis and how some amphibians and insects change their forms. 

As part of our lessons, we have studied tadpoles and butterflies.  This week, we released the tadpoles into the pond.  We are still waiting for our butterflies to hatch from their cocoons but we are hoping to release our butterflies soon too.
